SIAL China is the public trade fair focusing on home cooking and the domestic kitchen. Calling all foodies! China's International Fairs & Congress Center offers flavours during the annual Food & Beverage Show. The exhibition ranges from raw products to ready-made food and drinks, kitchen equipment, literature and food exporting information. Last year 121 participating companies presented their products to some 24,000 hungry visitors.
